We make regular improvements on our systems to provide you with the best services possible. There may be some disruption to our App and digital member services portal on Tuesday 2 December between 7am and 7.30am and on Thursday 4 December between 7.30pm and 8.30pm while we complete this work. Our Maryvale branch will be closed on Tuesday the 11th of November 2025. We are experiencing technical issues, which is causing disruption to our services, including branches (Traralgon) and contact centre. 

Our Traralgon branch will remain closed during this time while we rectify the issue.
