Podiatry - it’s important to look after your feet, let's get you some orthotics to relieve some pressure. We pay $25**

Skin check - it is important to regularly have your skin professionally checked for new or changed spots. About 95% of skin cancers are treatable if found early. We pay $55**

Nutrition and dietetics - chat with a dietician about your current diet, health, and lifestyle goals for expert advice and action plans. We pay $25**

Optical - get your eyes tested and grab a shiny new pair of glasses or contacts. We pay $200** towards your new glasses, contact lenses or prescriptions sunglasses.

November

Health appliances - accidents happen. While we hope they don’t, we’ll have you covered when they do. Claim on health appliances such as crutches, braces, and more when you need them. We’ll cover 70% of the cost of the device up to $200 per person every three years**.

We’ve paid $908.20 in claims plus up to $900 over the course of your Invisalign treatment.

December

Audiology - Get your hearing tested so you don’t miss a word over Christmas dinner. If you need hearing aids, you can claim these too! We pay $25 for the audiologist visit and 70% of the hearing aid up to $500**.

Massage - Go on...grab another massage, we’ll pay another $35**.

You’ve paid $490.70 for fourteen months.
We’ve paid $968.20 in claims plus up to $900 over the course of your Invisalign treatment and up to $500 for a hearing aid if you need one.

All Year long 

pharmaceuticals - claim most prescribed items not subsidised by the government. We chip in $35 for each script**.

Ambulance - we’ll cover unlimited emergency ambulance transportation where necessary

At the end of the year, you’ll have paid $490.70 for your extras cover and been able to claim over $968.20**.

Do you know how easy it is to claim on extras with Latrobe Health?

If your provider has a HICAPS terminal, you can claim immediately using your membership card at the point of service. If they don’t have a terminal or you’ve forgotten your card, we make claiming easy.
