Our branches and Member Experience Department Contact Centre will close from midday on Thursday 24 December and will reopen on Monday 4 January.

Office hours 2021

In 2021, our contact centre will operate from 8.30am (9am on 4 January) to 6pm Monday to Friday while our Bairnsdale, Traralgon and Moe branches will open from 10am to 3pm.
